Prelude Connect App

We were part of the team tasked with redesigning the Prelude Connect app which patients use to keep track of appointments, lab results, messaging and billing. As part of the team, we contributed to designing the user experience, built the Figma prototypes, participated in user testing and built the final design system.

 

Post launch, we were responsible for designing subsequent phases which added additional features and functionality.

Working with the lead designer, we created all components to build the design system. For subsequent post-launch enhancements, we designed icons and components within the established system.

Design System

The complexity of the user flows we needed to test and the dependencies built on specific user actions required a high-fidelity prototype for user testing before moving into development. We utilized as many of Figma's then new layout and boolean features to aid in the build.

Phase 2 Enhancements

Phase 2 Enhancements

We assumed the lead design role for enhancements released after the initial redesign. Using the system we helped create, we designed additional features and enhancements post-launch.

Payment Module Enhancement

A patient checklist had been on the wish list during the initial project, but was delayed to Phasde 2. Working within the design system we helped establish, we designed a checklist that helps patients stay up-to-date in their IVF journey.

Another enhancement implemented in Phase 2 was the payment module. We redesigned the payment module to make it more straight forward and to incorporate payment history information.
